We are a well established, family owned, and successful roofing company located in Red Oak, Texas and are looking to grow our commercial/ residential roofing department! We are looking for driven roofing sales reps.

What You Will Be Doing:

Willingness to knock on doors and make cold calls if needed.

Schedule and coordinate new jobs.

Proactively work with our executive team on improving/streamlining processes and workflows.

Ensure projects are running smoothly and on schedule; oversee safety and quality control.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of all material, equipment, and tools.

Prepare and submit change orders; manage warranty callbacks.

Communicate proactively and effectively with customers at all times.

Analyze completed projects to compare estimated costs to actual costs and determine reasons for discrepancies.

Review jobs after close-out to determine overall job performance


What You Need for this Position:

Knowledgeable of a variety of roofing systems

Willingness to knock on doors and make cold calls if needed.

Ethics, honesty and integrity is a Must!

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and with minimal management

Strong time management and organization skills

Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
